Tri-County Transportation LLC (TCT) was formed in June 2019 after two years of research and data analysis. TCT is an NYS DOH certified transportation provider. TCT Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company (NEMT) is in the business of ensuring that we provide highly essential non-emergency medical transportation services for disadvantaged Medicaid recipients, for the elderly, for those who have a form of disability, or other and those with low income who have no form of transportation to access healthcare services when the need arises. We transport clients in Buffalo or the surrounding areas. Also, we service Erie and Niagara counties.

We offer Point to Point, Round Trip, and Standing Order Services. Our drivers are trained and must have and maintain a clean driving record. Plus you can be assured of safe and reliable vehicles. Sonia Shivell Burgin, MBA is a Buffalo native entrepreneur. An IT Business Consultant, Educator, and Transportation Provider. She received her MBA from Medaille College and her Project Management Professional Certificate from University at Buffalo: School of Management. Sonia has worked in the IT industry for over 28 years. She is a Collegiate Facilitator. She specializes in IT Sales and Market Development, Project Management, Foundations for Academic & Professional Success, and Transportation Logistics and Services.
